Join us for a fun and engaging afternoon of Black History, along with America's own Classical Music and a Live "Jazz Performance." This event is the prelude to the main event being held on February 4th, which includes a full day of Music, Guest Panels ending with a Soul Food Dinner.

This event is a Great Opportunity for families, adults, young adults, business owners, members of organizations, and faith-based members of the community to start their Fitness Goals and raise money for Sickle Cell Anemia community outreach, education and awareness. Which affects 70,000-100,000 people mainly African American adults and children.  With your help, we will make a donation to a nonprofit. We invite everyone of all ages to take part in this worthy cause.

The Women’s Day Exchange invite women of all ages, backgrounds and religion to come together to discuss what the future holds for yourself and women collectively.  Are you happy with the way things are going? Are you stressed out? Is health a concern for you? Are you satisfied with your career or business? Better yet, does life have you bogged down? If you answer yes to any How can we make ourselves whole? Take a few minutes out of your busy life to join other women. What changes can we make as individuals and collectively to improve our quality of life? All subjects are encouraged. Let’s Talk About It.
